Advisory - What is it?

I am glad you asked. Advisory is a time for reteaching, relearning, and retesting. The purpose of Advisory is to provide a space for students to receive extra support in subjects that are challenging, and to be pushed in subjects that come easily.

Every two weeks, the advisory class will rotate. When you come in, your new seating chart will be on the board. We will have a Do Now and two activities per class period, 15 minutes each. Each table will be doing a different activity.

If we are efficient with our time, we will have a little bit of time at the end to have some free time - but only if we are efficient!
