Idabel Public Schools’ Grant
In our community, where 92% of students are on free and reduced lunch, and over 70% live below the poverty line, the need for support and opportunity is palpable. Many of our children face challenges beyond the classroom, grappling with the harsh realities of poverty daily. This 21CCLC grant proposal is not just about academic enrichment; it’s a lifeline for those who feel trapped in the cycle of poverty. By offering mentoring, remedial education, and academic enrichment, we aim to empower these children, providing them with the tools they need to break free from the constraints of their circumstances. Education isn’t just about learning; it’s about hope, opportunity, and the chance for a better future.
