MS & HS T&F
Dear Track and Field Athletes,
This was an unusual season, but we would still like to take a moment to thank you for your participation and self-motivation on our “virtual” Track and Field team. By logging into team meetings, finding the posted workouts that match your sports goals, and using your personal best effort on your workouts and runs, even though nobody was watching, you have supported each other from afar and made yourselves stronger athletes. As coaches, we appreciated your flexibility and willingness to share your track and field goals and experiences. It takes true dedication to participate in a sport when you can’t physically be with your team – well done!
Enjoy keeping up your fitness in the sun this summer - we hope to see many of you for fall sports and Track and Field in real life next school year!
All the best,
Coaches Grover and Schmitt

Welcome again to the Middle & High School Track & Field Team,
You have signed up for the MS & HS Track & Field Team for the Spring Sports Season. We will be running two practices a week over the next five weeks to help you keep up with your Athletics skills and fitness in our current situation. There will be two practices of 45-60 min set each week which will be available to you on The Complete Athlete site on the MS & HS Track & Field Team page. These will be posted every Monday morning on the site.
You will be able to do the practices on your own time, but it is suggested to have the first practice completed by Tuesday evening and the second by Friday evening. There will also be one 15-30 min Zoom/Google Meet session you will need to be at with your coaches, to give feedback and get further information. The day and time of these will be determined by the best option in this Team Meeting poll: https://doodle.com/poll/d82verph5tuf6kbf
If you have any further questions please email Ms. Schmitt, Mr Findlay & Mr Grover.
We are looking forward to working with you for the next five weeks!
Kind regards,
Coaches: Jennifer Schmitt, Michael Findlay & Andrew Grover
