ANNOUNCEMENTS

Dear Parents,

Welcome to Summer Fun Camp 2025! We are looking forward to meeting you on Monday! Please carefully read the following information for important reminders for our summer program. May the adventure begins~

1. Arrival 

Doors will open at 8:40am sharply in the morning and 12:30pm in the afternoon.  Upon arrival, staff members will greet your child by the glass door.

2. Dismissal with Pick Up Card

Dismissal time is at noon (12:00pm) for the morning session and 3:45pm for the afternoon session. We request that parents arrive at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the end of the program each day. They can line up in front of the signs. Our teachers & TAs will check your pick up card before releasing your child to you. An electronic copy can be accepted too. If you have multiple children, please pick up your eldest one first if possible. Thank you.

3. Name Tags

Your child should wear their name tag every day. The name tag will help our teachers and TAs to direct your child to the appropriate group upon arrival.

4. Water Bottles

We kindly request that all students bring a water bottle that is labeled with their name to school every day. This helps them stay hydrated through this hot summer weather. 

5. Spare Clothing (Lower Grades)

In case of emergencies, we request that Age 4 students can bring a spare set of clothing in their backpack to school everyday. Please label with your child's name. This will help us to quickly address any accidents or spills that may occur during the day.

6. Other Requested Items

Heroes Academy: sports attire & sport shoes

Stormy Chef: bring a food container

APA: check the email sent by APA

MoneySense: laptop or ipad

7. Health Reminder

We want to ensure that all our students remain healthy and safe during the program. We advised for your child's temperature to be scanned before they arrive at school. If your child has a temperature 38°C or above, they should stay home until their symptoms and fever have subsided without medication for 24 hours. If your child has symptoms at school, we may send them home. If your child tests positive for Covid-19, please let us know and keep them at home until they have fully recovered. Kindly notify us if your child is staying at home due to ill health.

8. Absent Notice

If your child will be absent, please let us know via the Absent notice (as demonstrated below before 9:30am.)

We will be posting photos and daily summaries of Summer Fun Camp on this website.
