About The Teacher

This is my 9th year in Education; all except for two years of that have been teaching Kindergarten! One year was teaching 4-8 grade Special Education, and my other year away from Kindergarten was as Preschool Director. Helping students establish a love and joy of learning is my passion!

I enjoy the enthusiasm, honesty and curiosity of young children. I have a bachelor's degree in Communication Arts as well as my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. My Elementary Education degree includes endorsements in K-8 Reading and K-8 Instructional Strategist I.

A few fun facts about me are: I love camping, fishing, shopping, cooking/baking and time spent with family and friends.

I am excited for our paths to align for this important year together! What a journey we will have!
