Homework Policy

Each morning in 4-M, your child will have daily assignments written in

his/her assignment notebook. There is a space to check off the assignments

when they are completed. Please look over your child's assignment notebook

each evening! There is a place for your signature at the bottom of each page.

Please review your child's assignments for the evening to make certain they

are completed. Then, sign in the appropriate section of the assignment

notebook. This is a wonderful way for you to know what goes on in your

child's school day, and what is expected of them!

Your child should not be "consumed by homework". Please let me know if

your child is too overwhelmed by the assignments given, or seems to struggle

often. I realize the importance of positive family time in the
