Learning and Development (L&D) is a crucial function within an organization that focuses on enhancing the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of it's individuals. The primary goal of L&D is to support the growth and development of individuals and teams to improve their overall performance. ICNA Sisters Milton, also plans different classes and events for the learning of it's members, volunteers, and the community.
Welcome Ramadan &
Dor e Quran
ICNA Sisters Milton, organizes and executes Welcome Ramadan programs in preparation for the arrival of the holy month.
Dawrah-e-Quran sessions are organized both before and during the sacred month of Ramadan.
Our teachers are highly knowledgeable and actively participate in ongoing teacher training courses to enhance their skills and expertise.
Fehem e Deen Classes
Quran classes for women are conducted at different locations within Milton.
Our curriculum encompasses recitation with tajweed, translation and tafseer of the Quran, hadith studies, as well as Islamic books that address daily life issues.
Study Circle
ICNA Sisters Milton members actively participate in study circles to enhance their knowledge and understanding.
The study circle provides a distinctive platform for participants to engage in meaningful discussions and mutual learning.
It is an effective strategy that fosters enhanced learning experiences.
The study circle offers an opportunity to identify both areas of knowledge and areas of unfamiliarity, allowing participants to assess their own understanding.
Its aids in minimizing the tendency to procrastinate, promoting a more proactive approach to learning.

Monthly Dars & Workshops
ICNA Sisters Milton organizes monthly Dars (Islamic lectures and sessions) for the community.
