The vision of the Irvine Chinese Immersion Academy's school counseling program is to create a supportive and inclusive school community where all students feel safe, seen, and supported. We are committed to helping every student develop the resilience, empathy, and cross-cultural understanding needed to thrive in a dynamic, interconnected world.

The mission of the Irvine Chinese Immersion Academy's school counseling program is to support the social, emotional, academic, and multicultural development of every student within a bilingual and bicultural environment. Through culturally responsive, inclusive, and student-centered guidance services, we empower students to thrive while fostering compassion, character, and confidence as they grow into engaged global citizens.
