PROJECT 1: HAND STUDIES
Students will complete a focused study on drawing hands, learning how to break down complex forms into clear shapes, joints, and gestures. Because hands appear in almost every type of illustration, understanding their structure is essential for expressive poses and believable characters. This project strengthens fine motor skills, accuracy, and the ability to observe subtle proportions—key foundations for more advanced drawing.

PROJECT 2: ISOMETRIC CASTLE
Students will design an isometric or two-point perspective castle, refining their understanding of spatial drawing, scale, and proportion. They’ll build the structure with clean lines, defined planes, and thoughtful depth to create a convincing architectural scene. This project develops their ability to visualize form in space and apply stronger perspective techniques to complex environments.
