Students can share what is on their minds or what their imagination holds through use of SILHOUETTES combined with PEN & INK rendering techniques.

Drawing Pad | Pencil Set | Micron Pens

Students will practice drawing the human head and skull in their sketchbook to understand fundamentals, then draw a still life of a skull from photo reference, with white conte- crayon pencil on black paper.

Black Paper | Pencil Set | White Charcoal Pencil/Conté

Hand Drawing-Students will study how to draw human hands. Students will initially sketch small drawings to develop their understanding and build their visual library, then proceed to do a full-”portrait” on toned paper using black charcoal pencil and white charcoal pencil.

Tone Paper | Charcoal Pencil Set | White Charcoal Pencil/Conté

Perspective-Students will learn how to use 1, 2 or 3 point perspective, practicing in their sketchbook, then begin to create an ornamented, old-style house themed around the winter holidays.
