ND Strupler is a Swiss national born on May 4th, 1973. After completing his studies, he worked at ICF Zurich for 17 years as the youth pastor and church planting coach in the leadership team. He developed a keen interest in leadership and education.
In 2013, his family moved to Cambodia to establish ICF Cambodia in Siem Reap, a church and an NGO that spreads the gospel and aims to provide support to local communities. Since then, he has been actively involved in various projects like building a Wake Park business and teaching public speaking and financial literacy at the local university. He is passionate about empowering Cambodian youth. He believes that education is the key to unlocking opportunities and creating a brighter future for Cambodia.
The church has grown from a few people gathering in a living room to over 1400 people in the past 11 years and is serving the city with numerous social activities, including a day care, after school program, free drinking water and a leadership academy.
With his expertise in leadership, and passion, ND has made a significant impact on the lives of many Cambodians. He is committed to creating sustainable solutions that will help lift communities out of poverty and improve their quality of life. In his leisure time, he enjoys the gym, and cycling around Angkor Wat, and spending time with his wife, Sophal. Their kids finished School in Cambodia and are now adults living in Switzerland.
