During the Fall of 2023, Immaculate Conception Catholic Regional School unveiled a new state-of-the-art Innovation Center and Pathways Program to foster creativity and excellence in Education. Through our partnership with NorvaNivel, we set out to intentionally design an agile setting that acknowledges the unique learning styles and challenges of neurodivergent individuals, providing tools and resources to enhance their educational experience. This new facility and creative approach to learning represents a significant step forward in the school's commitment to providing its students with an exceptional and forward-looking education.
The Innovation Center is a dynamic and inspiring space designed to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and technological proficiency among our students.
The Innovation Center includes five distinct zones of learning:
Our Makers and Robtoics Lab serves as a gateway to the world of making and robotics, empowering students to become confident, resourceful, and future-ready individuals.
The Mini-Media Production Studtio allows students to express themselves through multimedia projects, podcasts, and video presentations.
Our Collaborative Learning Zones encourage teamwork and communication skills, enabling students to work together on projects and exchange ideas freely.
Our Socratic Seminar Hub encourages participants to explore complex topics through open-ended discussion, collaboration with peers, and exploration of diverse perspectives.
The Technology Research Center offers an immersive and collaborative environment equipped with the latest technological advancements, including an impressive 86" Promethean interactive board and 30 brand-new MacBook Pro laptops.
Our Storytelling Nook provides ICCR’s youngest learners with a gathering space to experience stories as seasoned storytellers captivate audiences of all ages with their expressive voices and vivid gestures.
