Call for Submissions
We welcome submissions of Original Research Articles, Reviews, and Perspectives that align with the specified themes, covering a wide range of theoretical and practical aspects, technologies, and systems.
Submissions should adhere to the Topics List and contribute novel insights, innovative methodologies, or practical applications that advance the fields of health and medicine. We encourage papers that showcase cutting-edge research, comprehensive reviews, and insightful perspectives on these critical areas.
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Papers should be written in English and must not have been published or accepted in any substantially similar form in peer-reviewed venues, including journals, conferences, or workshops.
Each submission will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by the Organizers and the Technical Program Committee to ensure high-quality contributions.
Important Dates
Submission open: March 21th, 2025
Submission deadline: May 15th, 2025
Notification of acceptance: May 30th, 2025
AIGE Workshop: June 26th, 2025
Format
Papers should be submitted to the AIGE 2025 Easy Chair Website. The Workshop features full or short papers:
Full-length research papers (up to 10 pages, including references)
Short papers (max 5 pages, including references), describing a short research project with preliminary results or late-breaking results (work-in-progress)
All accepted papers (Full & Short) will be published in the workshop proceedings, which will be published as part of Springer’s Lecture Notes in AI series.
Papers should be formatted according to Springer’s LNCS format and one of the categories (Full & Short) must be selected at the time of submission.
Authors should follow Springer’s guidelines for authors and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, to prepare their papers.
Springer’s proceedings LaTeX templates are also available in Overleaf.
Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their submissions.
Review Process
Technical Program Committee members self-declare their expertise for papers (passing knowledge, knowledgeable, expert).
The review process will be double-blind. The goal of the review step is to provide a constructive evaluation of a submitted paper. Each paper will be reviewed and discussed between the Technical Program Committee members and the Organizers.
Therefore, submissions will be ranked based on criteria including relevance for the workshop, novelty/originality, significance, technical quality and correctness, quality, and clarity of presentation, quality of references and reproducibility.
