 2026 Luther A. Riddle Community Scholarship for graduating high school seniors.

This year, they will again be awarding twenty (20) scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each.  The deadline for submitting completed application packets is:  Friday, February 27, 2026, by 5:00 p.m.  Turn in your application to Mrs. Blankenship by the end of the day on this date in order to drive them to the office after school!

Please share this information with eligible students and remind them of the following important printing requirement:

• Applications must be printed single-sided only

• Do NOT print front and back

• One sheet of paper per page

Marine Corp. League Scholarship-For any senior that is continuting their education or joining the military can fill out a resume about themselves that contains their Academic, Leadrship, Community Service, and future plans.  If you are student that has a family member of some kind of connection to the Marine Corp. that would hold a high weight as well but not required.  Please submit your resume with the above areas needed to:  ronkleiboeker@icloud.com  Deadline to submit the Resume is the last day of February.

Bittersweet Garden Club Scholarship- offering three $1,500 scholarships for 2026.  Any senior that live within or attend school within these counties:  Cole, Callaway, Miller, Moniteau, Osage, and Maries, Be a graduating high school senior, have at least a B average, and plan to major in one of the following fields of study:  Agronomy, Agriculture Education, Floriculture, Horticulture, Landscape Design, Botany/Biology, Forestry, Wildlife Science, Plant Pathology/Science, City(Rural &Urban) Planning, Habitat or Forest/Systems Ecology, Environmental Concerns, Enviromental Conservation, Land Management, and/or other related or allied subjects.  Apply at:  www.bittersweetgardenclub.com/scholarship.html   Deadline is the Last day of February.

 Mid America Bank Scholarship-For any High school seniors in our communities that they are planning on majoring in business, finance, accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship or similar field and can now apply for one of their $1,000 renewable scholarships.  The application link can be found on our website:  Mid America Bank Scholarship APP  Deadline is Feb. 28th, 2026.  

PCARSP—Pulaski County Area Retired School Personnel Scholarship- $500 annual scholarship for education majors from the Pulaski County area who will graduate this school year, or who have already graduated, from Crocker, Dixon, Iberia, Laquey, Richland, or Waynesville schools.

The scholarship application is available at this link, is attached to this email, and is linked on the attached flyer.  Feel free to print the application, if needed. Applicants must meet the March 1, 2026 deadline by sending all application materials to the email, pcarspscholarship@gmail.com. 

Missouri Society of Professional Engineers-Jefferson City Chapter Scholarship-up to $1,000 for seniors that will be studying engineering fields.  Applications are available at Application  Submit applications to the following email:  heised@lincolnu.edu.  Deadline is February 28, 2026.  

THREE RIVERS ELECTRIC CO-OP SCHOLARSHIP- Eligible students are high school seniors whose parents or guardians are members of Three Rivers Electric Cooperative. Applications can be obtained on our website at www.threeriverselectric.com. The application must be filled out in its entirety, along with all other requested materials and submitted to: Three Rivers Electric Cooperative ATTN: Scholarship Committee PO Box 918 Linn, MO 65051 Through this program, the Cooperative gives back to you, the member, by investing in the future through the next generation. Hagan Foundation Scholarship-   they will reward over 1,200 new four-year scholarships for the upcoming academic year in college, a need-based merit scholarship for goal-driven students in the high school graduating class, the parents' 2024 Adjusted Gross Household Income must not have exceeded $125,000 and must attend a high school located in the U.S., eligible students can apply regardless of nationality or citizenship, must have achieved an unweighted 3.5 GPA based on a 4.0 grading scale, must enroll in a four-year college or university, in the 2026 fall semester, must work 240 hours from January 1, 2026, to September 1, 2026, recipients will receive $2,000 to purchase essential items for college, recipients can receive up to $7,500 each semester for up to eight consecutive semesters.  The application deadline is March 15, 2026, Scholarships will be rewarded by May 1, 2026,  go to www.hsfmo.org to apply and any additional information.

The Miss Dogwood USA Pageant invites young women ages 16–22 from Morgan, Miller, Camden, and Laclede Counties to participate in a program focused on leadership development, personal growth, and scholarship opportunities.

Participants will have the opportunity to:  Compete for scholarship awards and prizes

• Gain experience in interviewing, communication, and public speaking

• Build confidence and leadership skills

• Strengthen college applications and resumes

• Represent their community with a local title

• Advance to compete at the state level

The Dogwood Pageant is not based solely on appearance. Iberia FFA Booster Club Scholarship-Deadline is April 9, 2026 with Interviews April 10th.  The recipient must have been a full-time student of IHS and shall graduate from IHS in the spring of the year of application.  ● The recipient must have shown good conduct and leadership throughout their high school years.  ● The recipient must have been a member of the Iberia Chapter of the FFA for at least two full years.  ● The recipient must be a current FFA member in good standing.  ● The recipient must have demonstrated a willingness to be involved in extracurricular FFA and FFA Booster Club activities. David Wagoneer Helping Career Scholarships-2-$1,000 for seniors that will be attending college, vocational trade, or entering the work force in fields that are considered Helping Hands careers or degrees.  Please submit a resume to Mrs. Blankenship with your academic, rewards, and plans for after high school for the committee to choose candidates for this scholarship from your resume and plans.  Deadline is April 15th, 2026.

HUNTER'S CONSTRUCTION & CONTRACTING L.L.C. TRADESMAN/WOMAN SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
