The Guidance Program is an essential and integral part of the overall educational program at the Iberia R-V school district. It is developmental by design and includes sequential activities K-12 in close collaboration with parents, teachers, and administrators. In addition, the Comprehensive Guidance Program assists students as they face issues and resolve problems which interfere with or are interfering with healthy development.

The program addresses the needs of all students in these areas:

• Academic Development
• Career Development
• System Support
