Participate in approximately 90 hours of staff development during Year 1.

Up to 2 professional development days (15 hours) during the school year

Allow 10 classroom visits per year by your assigned district eMINTS mentor/trainer, both during planning and instructional time.
Minimum of 80% attendance via virtual and face-to-face meetings
Graduation Requirements
Participants will complete a Learning Log throughout the 2-year process. The purpose of the Learning Log is to reflect on your growth as an educator, both in practice and personal philosophy. Artifacts to support the learning and practice of eMINTS content are required in the log. Each participant will have a personal eMINTS mentor to help guide them through their learning logs and encourage true reflection.
