My teaching philosophy is rooted in the idea that designing impactful learning experience comes through building relationships, collaborating, and fostering inclusive learning communities where feedback is expected and respected. I strongly believe that guiding each individual to raise awareness through reflection and self-identifying areas for improvement is crucial to developing learners’ skills in the long term. Over ten years of teaching experience across multiple levels of education and cultures worldwide, with a strong emphasis on online teaching, has allowed me to recognize the importance of networking and paying forward by sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues.
