Term 2 MINI Sessions
Term 2 MINI Sessions
Mini-Sessions, offered several times a year, are afterschool enrichment clubs that allow WMS students to explore a new or favorite activity.
Winter Mini-Sessions will run for 6 weeks (on Wednesdays from 2-3 PM) beginning the week of January 13, 2026 - note: no class on 2/18 due to February Break) and include clubs like LEGO Club, Hiking/Walking Club and Creative Writing. Slots for each session are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The cost per session is $20. Payment should be received in the WMS Office by December 23rd.
Transportation may be available if there is enough need.
Scholarships are available - please contact the WMS Office for details.

Join the fun on Thursday, December 18th for a Cookie Decorating Class! Come learn new decorating techniques from our own master baker...Mrs. Nowicki!
The session fee is $20 and includes all supplies & instruction! At the end of the session, students will go home with beautifully decorated cookies to enjoy or share!
All participants will need to make arrangements for transportation at 3:30 PM
(NOTE: there is no late bus transportation for this event).
There is a limit of 12 spots.

Student artists will learn to paint on canvas following step-by-step instructions provided by WMS’ own art teacher extraordinaire…Ms. Allen!
This session will work on a beautiful fall scene. Even first-time painters will have success…you will be amazed at how well your painting will turn out!
The session fee is $20 and includes all supplies, materials, instruction & snack! At the end of the session, students will bring their masterpiece home.
All participants will need to make arrangements for transportation at 3:30 PM.
There is a limit of 20 spots.

Scholastic Reading Club Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive
Over the past nine years, WMS students and families have donated over 4000 pajamas, all of which have been distributed to local charities! For each set of pajamas that are donated, Scholastic contributes a book to a child in need. Let's keep it going!
WHAT: Donate a new pair of PJs (any size)
WHEN: On or before Monday, December 15th, 2025
WHERE: Bring to your Advisory teacher
(The grade with the most donations will receive 100 SDTS points!)

Our annual WMS Gobbler Clobber Dodgeball Tournament will be held on Friday, November 21st from 2-3:30 PM.
There is a maximum of 12 teams and only 4 teams per grade level.
To become a team captain, please sign up below. The first 6 students from each grade level will be chosen to register a team.
As a team captain, you are responsible for creating a team of 10 students and collecting the necessary $20 registration fee ($2 per player).
Once you have been have been selected as a captain, you will receive a Team Registration Form.
