FALL PAINTING PARTY
Thursday, October 15 • 2-3:30 PM
Student artists will learn to paint on canvas following step-by-step instructions provided by WMS’ own art teacher extraordinaire…Ms. Allen!
This session will work on a beautiful fall scene. Even first-time painters will have success…you will be amazed at how well your painting will turn out!
The session fee is $20 and includes all supplies, materials, instruction & snack! At the end of the session, students will bring their masterpiece home.
All participants will need to make arrangements for transportation at 3:30 PM.
There is a limit of 20 spots.

Term 1 MINI Sessions
Term 1 MINI Sessions
Mini-Sessions, offered several times a year, are after school enrichment clubs that allow WMS students to explore a new or favorite activity.
Mini-Sessions will run for 6 weeks on Wednesdays (October 7, 14, 21, 28 & November 14, 18) from 2-3pm and include clubs like Outdoor Walking/Hiking, Book Club, Creative Writing and more. Slots for each session are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The cost per session is $20. Transportation may be available if there is enough need.

See it LIVE. Remember it FOREVER. So much happened before Dorothy dropped in. WICKED, the Broadway sensation, looks at what happened in the Land of Oz... but from a different angle. Long before Dorothy arrives, there is another young woman, born with emerald-green skin—smart, fiery, misunderstood, and possessing an extraordinary talent. When she meets a bubbly blonde who is exceptionally popular, their initial rivalry turns into the unlikeliest of friendships...until the world decides to call one “good,” and the other one “wicked.” From the first electrifying note to the final breathtaking moment, WICKED—the untold true story of the Witches of Oz—transfixes audiences with its wildly inventive story.
DETAILS
Cost: $130 per student (includes round trip transportation, balcony seat to show, and tip for driver; students will need additional spending money for dinner/shopping at Faneuil Hall)
Students should dress appropriately for the theater, but also keep in mind we will be walking outside (approx. 25 minutes) to the theater from Faneuil Hall.
Students will walk around Faneuil Hall in chaperone groups and are expected to stay with group members throughout this time.
Students will return to WMS at approximately 12:00 AM (and must arrange for pick-up prior to our adventure please - it will be a long and exciting day for everyone!)
