Term 1 MINI Sessions
Term 1 MINI Sessions
Mini-Sessions, offered several times a year, are after school enrichment clubs that allow WMS students to explore a new or favorite activity.
Mini-Sessions will run for 6 weeks on Wednesdays (October 15, 22, 29 & November 5, 12, 19) from 2-3pm and include clubs like Hiking/Walking Club, Creative Writing, Dungeons & Dragons, and more. Slots for each session are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The cost per session is $20. Transportation may be available if there is enough need.
Scholarships are available - please contact the WMS Office for details.

WMS ROBOTICS CLUB
WMS ROBOTICS CLUB
THIS CLUB IS CURRENTLY FULL AND NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW MEMBERS.
First meeting is TBD
This club is based on the LEGO Robotics program using the EV3 and SPIKE Prime units. Students will learn how to code these robots using both block codes and Python.
In prior years, the team participated in a competition at Western New England University against other schools in the area.

FALL PAINTING PARTY
FALL PAINTING PARTY
Thursday, October 16 • 2-3:30 PM
Student artists will learn to paint on canvas following step-by-step instructions provided by WMS’ own art teacher extraordinaire…Ms. Allen!
This session will work on a beautiful fall scene. Even first-time painters will have success…you will be amazed at how well your painting will turn out!
The session fee is $20 and includes all supplies, materials, instruction & snack! At the end of the session, students will bring their masterpiece home.
All participants will need to make arrangements for transportation at 3:30 PM.
There is a limit of 20 spots.

Cookie Decorating Class!

Join the fun on Thursday, November 20th for a Cookie Decorating Class! Come learn new decorating techniques from our own master baker...Ms. Nowicki!
The session fee is $20 and includes all supplies & instruction! At the end of the session, students will go home with beautifully decorated cookies to enjoy or share!
All participants will need to make arrangements for transportation at 3:30 PM (NOTE: there is no late bus transportation for this event).

GOBBLER CLOBBER DODGEBALL TOURNEY
GOBBLER CLOBBER DODGEBALL TOURNEY

Our annual WMS Gobbler Clobber Dodgeball Tournament will be held on Friday, November 21st from 2-3:30 PM.
There is a maximum of 12 teams and only 4 teams per grade level.
To become a team captain, please sign up below. The first 6 students from each grade level will be chosen to register a team.
As a team captain, you are responsible for creating a team of 10 students and collecting the necessary $20 registration fee ($2 per player).
Once you have been have been selected as a captain, you will receive a Team Registration Form.
Team Captain Registration will open soon...
Spectator Tickets will also be on sale at breakfast the week of 11/17 if you would like to join the fun!
