Lynn Gilbank and her husband Fred were found dead in an upstairs room of their Ancaster home by their 27-year-old son. They died from gunshot wounds and were victims of a double homicide. The case is currently unsolved.

The Disappearance of Sheryl Sheppard

During a live CHCH broadcast on New Year's Eve 1997, Sheryl Sheppard accepted a wedding proposal from her boyfriend, Michael Lavoie. However, sometime on January 1 or 2, 1998, Sheryl disappeared. The day after she was reported missing, Lavoie attempted suicide in a storage locker. Police suspect foul play but Sheryl has never been found.

Adele was a 26-year-old McMaster University graduate student. On May 15, 1973 she was murdered in the ravine behind the campus of McMaster University. She was seen being accosted by a male outside of Brandon Hall, but her killer has never been identified. However, in 2013 her murder was possibly linked to New York State serial killer Robert Garrow.

On May 24, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. police responded to what was first reported to be a collision involving an injured person in Hamilton, but then new information indicated that the female, identified as Bonnie Tatti, was thrown from a moving vehicle.

79-year-old Thelma Clapham was discovered on December 2, 2004 at approximately 11:30 a.m. in her Hamilton apartment where she lived alone. She died of blunt force trauma, but there was no sign of forced entry into the apartment.

The Unsolved Homicide of Nicole Dragisic

At 3:40 a.m. on October 16, 2017, a male called 911 from a residence on Barton St E in Hamilton stating that his girlfriend, Nicole Dragisic, 37, had been shot. She died of her injuries at Hamilton General Hospital, survived by her five children. Police called it a targeted attack but are still seeking information.

The Fatal Shooting of Marley Rowe

About 50 or 60 people gathered at a residence on Sherman Avenue at a party on January 1, 2014. At 4:40 a.m. several 911 calls indicated there was a shooting, and while most of the attendees fled the scene, a handful of people tried to help. Marley Rowe, 23, was identified as the victim and was transported to hospital but never revived. Despite the possibility of numerous eyewitnesses, no one came forward.
