At secondary schools subjects are taught by specialist teachers, we define some subjects as Core, these are subjects which you will learn the entire time you are at St Illtyd's. Other subjects are Foundation subjects and you will learn these until Year 9 and then choose the ones you like or are good at to continue as 'optional subjects'
