Yswiriant Insurance

Mae'n ofyniad cyfreithlon o dan reol 5 o'r Rheolau Atebolrwydd Cyflogwyr (Yswiriant Gorfodol) 1998 fod rhaid i gopi o'r Dystysgrif Yswiriant Atebolrwydd Cyflogwyr yn cael ei harddangos ym mhob lle mae'r cyflogwr yn cyflogi unrhyw un sydd wedi eu hyswirio o dan y polisi. Sicrhewch bod copi o'r dystysgrif yn cael ei harddangos ym mhob adeilad lle mae gennych chi weithwyr.

Does dim gofyniad i arddangos y lythyr sy'n cadarnhau bod yswiriant atebolrwydd cyhoeddus mewn lle ar gyfer y Cyngor am yr un cyfnod, ond mae'n bosib y bydd angen i chi gyflwyno'r ddogfen i rheoleiddwyr, partneriaid, neu wrth arwyddo cytundebau.

Os 'da chi angen unrhyw arweiniad pellach ynglŷn â'r dogfennau hyn neu yswiriant y Cyngor yn gyffredinol a fyddwch gystal â chysylltu â BethJones2@ynysmon.gov.uk neu JulieJones@ynysmon.gov.uk, Rheolwr Risg ac Yswiriant.

It is a legal requirement under regulation 5 of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998 that a copy of the Certificate of Employers’ Liability Insurance is displayed at each place of business at which a policyholder employs persons covered under the policy. Please ensure that a copy of the certificate is displayed in every building where you have employees.

There is no requirement to display the letter which confirms that the Council has public liability insurance in place for the same period, but it may be necessary for you to present it to regulators, partners, or when signing agreements.
