Cynnydd - Progression

Sampl yw'r adnodd hwn o'n dogfen gynllunio tymor hir ar gyfer Blwyddyn 7 ac mae'n sylwebaeth ar sut yr aethom ati i ddylunio ein cynllun gwaith er mwyn sicrhau cynnydd myfyrwyr ar yr un pryd â bodloni meini prawf y pedwar diben a'r camau cynnydd.  Ceir hefyd enghreifftiau o wersi ac asesu o gynlluniau gwaith Tymor 1a a Tymor 1b er mwyn dangos ein prosesau meddwl.

This resource is a sample of our long term Year 7 planning document and a commentary of how we designed our scheme of work to ensure student progress whilst meeting the criteria of the four purposes and progression steps. It also contains examples of lessons and assessment from the schemes of work from Term 1a and Term 1b to demonstrate our key thinking processes.

Mae'r adnodd hwn yn canolbwyntio ar ein hasesiadau crynodol ar gyfer Blwyddyn 7.  Cynlluniwyd y meini prawf asesu ar sail egwyddorion cynnydd a chamau cynnydd y CiG.  Mae'r PPT hwn yn cyfleu ein proses feddwl wrth ddylunio cyfleoedd i ddisgyblion symud ymlaen drwy'r camau, enghraifft o'r grisiau gramadeg  a gyflwynir i helpu disgyblion a chynnig her iddynt wrth ddatblygu eu hystod iaith ar draws pob thema ac, yn olaf, enghreifftiau o asesiadau disgyblion.

This resource focuses on our summative assessments for year 7. We have designed the assessment criteria based on the CfW principles of progression and the progression steps. This PPT provides an insight into our thought process in designing opportunities for pupils to progress through the steps, an example of the grammatical ladder which we are introducing to support and challenge pupils in developing their range of language across all themes and finally, examples of pupil assessments.
