Eu hagwedd gyfeillgar tuag atoch chi a'ch plentyn, eu dealltwriaeth o anghenion eich plentyn a pha mor hyfryd yw'r holl staff.
Mae'r amgylchedd yn groesawgar ac yn ddeniadol i'r plant, mae'r staff yn hawdd siarad â nhw ac yn gyfeillgar, maen nhw'n rhoi'r wybodaeth ddiweddaraf i chi ac rydw i wedi bod wrth fy modd yn derbyn lluniau a fideos o fy mhlant yn y cylch i gael syniad o sut mae eu diwrnod yn mynd.
Mae’r staff wedi mynd yn uwch na unrhyw ofynion ohonnynt i groesawu ein plentyn a mynychu cyrsiau i helpu gyda anabledd ein plentyn ag hyny yn amser eu hunen ag yn ddi dâl, da ni fel teulu yn gwerthfawrogu hyn yn fawr iawn, diolch o galon.
Staff gofalgar caredig sydd bob amser â lles y plant ar flaen y gad ym mhopeth a wnânt.
Llawer o bethau! Y staff caredig a gofalgar, y cyfathrebu rhagorol gyda rhieni ar draws e-byst a chyfryngau cymdeithasol, yr ymroddiad a chyflymder y mae staff yn ymateb os oes gennym gwestiwn neu gais, y ffordd y mae’r rhieni’n ymgynnull i godi’r plant gan ganiatáu amser i gyfarfod a sgwrsio, y cyfle i drochi dysgu Cymraeg cyn ysgol (ddim ar gael gartref). Ond y peth pwysicaf mewn gwirionedd yw sut mae ein mab yn dod yn ôl o'r Cylch - mae'n hapus, yn ymgysylltu ac yn amlwg yn mwynhau'r gofal a'r dysgu y mae wedi'u cael yn ystod y sesiwn.

Their friendly manner towards you and your child, their understanding of your child's needs and just how lovely all the staff are.
The environment is welcoming and engaging for the children, the staff are approachable and friendly, they keep you informed well and I have loved receiving pictures and videos of my children in cylch to get an idea of how their day is going.
The staff have gone above and beyond to welcome our child to Cylch. They have attend courses to help support our child's disability both in their own time and free of charge, we as a family appreciate this very much, thank you from the bottom of our hearts
Kind caring staff that always have the best interests of the children at the for front of everything they do.
Lots of things! The kind and caring staff, the excellent communications with parents across emails and social media, the dedication and speed with which staff respond if we have question or request, the way the parents gather to pick up the children allowing time to meet and chat, the opportunity for immersive Welsh learning before school (unavailable at home). But really the most important is how our son is when he comes back from Clych - he's calm, happy, engaged and clearly relishing the care and learning he has had during the session.
