At Ysgol Afon Wen, we are proud to offer personalised careers advice to help pupils explore their future options with confidence.
Our dedicated Careers Advisor works with pupils in Years 8 to 11 to support them in thinking about their career pathways, subject choices, and goals for the future.
You don’t need to wait to be invited!
If you're in Year 8 or 9, you can speak to your Progress Leader, who can help arrange a meeting with our careers advisor.
In Years 10 and 11, you will be offered a careers appointment as part of your ongoing support.
Our Careers Advisor also attends Progress Evenings for Years 9 to 11, where pupils and parents/carers can ask questions and get advice about future pathways, courses, and careers.
