Dear Kurtz Families,

Please know that your Kurtz Team is thinking of our students and their families every moment of the day. We are here to support you in any way that we can. Each Monday morning at 9:00 am, teachers will be updating learning plans on their staff page. Click on the Staff Pages link above and then click on your child's teacher for weekly learning objectives. This web site will be updated regularly to provided additional links and resources for your child and your family, as well as weekly lessons.

It is also important to acknowledge, with great pride and gratitude, the incredible support you have provided our Kurtz staff. We feel your love! Thanks to all of our community members, PTA, families and friends. We are truly One Team!

Logging in with a Chromebook from Home

Step 1: After turning on the Chromebook, you should be prompted to connect to your home's WIFI network. If not, there is a little WIFI icon in the bottom right corner of the chromebook screen. Once clicking there, WIFI options should open and then you can select your home's WIFI Network and enter your home's WIFI password.

Step 2: Enter the student's Username and Password. (Student's Name) Username is "(studentsusername)" and Password is "(studentsLearnpassword)" (make sure the "L" in the password is capitalized).

After a few seconds the chromebook should log into their account and you should be all set.

If you are still having trouble logging in, contact the HVS Tech. Department by phone at 248-684-8173 or email at help.desk@hvs.org. Unfortunately, Gen. Ed teachers and Tech. Teachers don't have access or the capabilities to help if you are still getting any sort of error message, and/or a password needs to be reset.
