Young 1st/2nd Grade

This site is designed to give families a broad overview of the off-site learning planned for each week. Assignment specifics, including differentiation for individual students, is shared with students through their google classrooms and Seesaw (Preschool, Kindergarten classroom). Families can refer to this resource for a general sense of the work being asked of students.

Please refer to teacher blogs/newsletters for further communication about the classrooms. Blogs/newsletters share out on thematic work, information about special events and other communications specific to families, while this site is the source for the "playlist" of off-site work, across content areas, for the week.

Playlist: On the morning of Field Day, I was tasked to create a playlist of songs for Field Day music and was a little stumped to come up with new songs to keep people dancing all day. I started asking students and colleagues for suggestions and I learned about a lot of great new music!

I challenge you to create a playlist of songs that include suggestions from other people, whether family, friends. May this activity bring new music into your orbit! Have fun!
