The remote controls for your Clear Touch Interactive panels have many functions that a lot of customers are unaware of. For example, if you ever experience the "Please press combination key to unlock" issue, it is likely that the touch or buttons have been locked on the panel. The combination key is on the remote control that comes with every Clear Touch Interactive panel. If your panel's touch functions are locked, please press the red button on the remote control to lock and unlock the touch functions. If your panel is not allowing you to use the front buttons on the panel, the green button on the remote control will allow you to lock and unlock the front panel buttons. You can also use the following key combination to lock and unlock the front buttons: "Input 2 5 0 5." The yellow button on the remote control will allow the user to show or hide the clocks on the panel. The blue button allows the user to freeze or unfreeze the panel's screen, making it easy to annotate over something you are displaying on your Clear Touch Interactive panel.
