trio ETS Academic Advising AND woRKSHOPS
Advising: We check in with students a few times throughout the year to make sure you are successful in your classes, help you to prepare for summer opportunities, scholarships, college, and to make sure you are doing ok. If you have questions, we have answers! We are here to support YOU. Please contact Ms. Farin at fe138@husd.k12.ca.edu for support.

Math SUpport
The following 9th grade classes have additional math instruction and support:
9th grade AVID tutorial
9th grade Puente tutorial
College Prep Class periods 3 & 5
There are tutors in:
Ms. Muhu's per 4 class on Thursday
Ms. Duenas's per 1 class On Wednesday
Mr. Gunn's per 3 class on Wednesdays
HPN Senior support
Chabot College HPN works in partnership with Tennyson High School staff and other college and career partners to ensure that ALL seniors have a plan for life after high school. We support students with college enrollment, career exploration and interest identification, and if college is not in your immediate future, plans for employment and options for additional information, trainings and classes.

Family engagement
Workshops: Informational parent workshops on a variety of topics including school/college readiness, communication, digital safety and citizenship and more.
Bridge to College
In partnership with Chabot College, instructors provide college courses on campus, directly after school, to expose students to the rigor of college-level classes and instill in them that college is possible!
