Reuse (also known as repurposing or upcycling) is one of the three R's for the environment: reduce, reuse and recycle. The goal of the three R's is to protect the planet by eliminating waste. Using something multiple times in a variety of ways reduces the amount tossed into landfills and decreases manufacturing needs.

I couldn't be more proud of the kids and their families if I tried. I wish all of them could win! All the projects were amazing and exceeded my expectations. Thank you families for making this project a great success. Ms. Echaves
