Established in 2006 by Dr. Debbie Reese of Nambé Pueblo, American Indians in Children's Literature (AICL) provides critical analysis of Indigenous peoples in children's and young adult books. Dr. Jean Mendoza joined AICL as a co-editor in 2016 

The focus is on books that address people’s history, including stories of African Americans, Latinx, Asian Americans, Arab Americans, Native Americans, labor activists, international populations, and women. In addition to representation and untold histories, books are reviewed for their literature and illustrations.

The Alexander Street platform by ProQuest provides streaming video, asearch.alexanderstreet.com/ udio, and text in the performing arts of music, dance, and theatre. COMPASS added multiple Alexander Street collections in Fall 2023 for all public districts, charter schools, and local libraries.
