Finley - Finley has been a risk taker this week, having courage to try new activities in school. He knows that some things maybe tricky, but as long as we try our best and persevere - we can succeed!
Ryley - Ryley has been a great thinker this week. When creating a pumpkin carriage, he thought about the need for an electric charger for it and created it using the loose parts. Ryley has also been reflective this week and is now able to blend his own segmenting when reading CVC words.

Emmeline - You are our star of the term because it has been a pleasure to watch your confidence grow. You are now a fantastic communicator, sharing your thoughts and ideas well in groups and whole class. You are also a very principled member of the class, setting a great example to your peers.

Alby J - Alby has had fantastic inquiry skills this week. He spent lots of time creating houses for animals and his friends in the outside area. He could communicate his thinking to his peers and adults.
Sophia - Sophia has been a great inquirer this week in our learning about seasons. She went home and told her family, who helped her gather items which represent the autumn season to share with her peers.

Archie - Archie you have made unbelievable amounts of progress since you started school. You have developed in all of the learner profile attributes. We are all very proud!

Ellis - For being a principled learner who has absolutely shone this week. You have been a real leader in class and found your feet in Year 1. The best part has been seeing how proud you are of your achievements.

Evie - For show a "can do" attitude in her learning this week. She has tried to be independent, take risks and use her self management skills to develop and improve her learning especially in maths. Well done!
Charlie - Charlie has show great determination in all of his learning this week. He has been trying really hard in developing his handwriting and taking risks in his learning. He has been extremely principled and been a fantastic role model for his peers.

Lottie - Lottie has been a fabulous principled learner by showing a positive attitude to all of her learning at all times. Lottie ensures that she tries her best in her learning and her behaviour.
Lily P - Lily has been a great communicator this week. Lily is able to ask and answer questions and shares her ideas clearly to her partner, her group and in front of the whole class. She is able to explain her answers linking to the text.

Leighton I - Leighton has challenged herself across this module to show that she a knowledgeable and principled member of Fox Class. She has made a great start to year 4 and I look forward to seeing the amazing things she does next module.

Kyran - Kyran demonstrates so many learner attributes everyday, but we are particularly impressed by the caring nature that he demonstrates. He is empathetic and supportive to all of his peers and is a positive role model to our school. Kyran always works to the best of his ability all of the time and is always reflective in everything he does. Well done Kyran!
Tommy P - Tommy consistently works hard in all lessons, demonstrating a brilliant positive attitude to his learning. He is a great thinker and shows how knowledgeable he is consistently. Well done for being such a reflective learner and taking pride in all that you do.

Isabelle D - Isabelle has worked incredibly hard this term in every area of her learning. She has consistently demonstrated the learner profile attributes, especially by being a reflective and caring member of Kestrel class. What fantastic start the school year, well done!

Elula - Elula has shown many of the learner attributes this week, but I have been really impressed by her thinking ability around her maths. She has worked really hard on long division this week and finally had a breakthrough on Thursday. She has shown real resilience in this area and to see her confidence grow has been a real treat. Well done Elula.
Christopher - Christopher has consistently worked hard at all levels of his work. He has displayed great thinking skills this week and has applied his knowledge of grammar when writing his newspaper article. I am sure that Christopher will keep this level up all year!
