She has been able to use her communication and thinking skills to draw similarities and differences. She has shown the importance of being open-minded and respectful towards other peoples beliefs. JJ - JJ has a natural curiosity about the world and how things work. She has applied this curiosity to our learning about toys this term. She has been a reflective learner and asked questions to deepen her understanding. Well done JJ!
Harley - Harley is enthusiastic and inquisitive about learning and how things work. She has applied this attitude to our learning about toys to understand how and why toys have changed over time. She is always sharing her knowledge to help others around her and asking questions to challenge and deepen her learning. Well done Harley!
Orlaith - Orlaith has shown what a great inquirer she can be, especially when learning about significant individuals from the past. Orlaith has been able to demonstrate an understanding of the differences that women had in the past and explain why it is important that everyone is equal.
Melisa - Melisa has been a reflective learner this module and thought about differences and similarities of people. She has demonstrated an understanding of equality and how in the past people weren’t treated equally.
Amelia - Amelia has developed her understanding that the world is larger than just our community when we have used Ancient Egypt to help develop our knowledge of communities and how they different from each other.
Kheavena - Kheavena has been an excellent risk-taker and inquirer in all lessons. She always tries to achieve a deeper understanding and puts 100% into everything. She is always mindful of others and shows a great deal of integrity around the school. Fantastic work Kheavena!
Amanat - You have been a great communicator when sharing what festivals mean to you and others and have demonstrated how knowledgeable and balanced you are.
Jacob - Jacob has shown what a fantastic inquirer he is over this term, especially in our Mountains topic. He has been reflective of his knowledge and has been able to successfully understand how the topography of an area affects how the land is used. Well done for being so reflective and open-minded throughout this topic.
Eloise - Eloise is a fantastic communicator and knowledgeable about her work. She has learnt to ask pertinent questions and displays a strong work ethic. Eloise has produced some exceptional work this term about sustainability and can discuss the main issues that affect us globally. Well done Eloise, we are all so proud of you.
