Finley - Finley has really developed his independence when writing, he is reflective of the feedback given to him and demonstrating his phonics knowledge well. He is an incredible thinker when it comes to his construction, building amazing track creations inside and outside. Well done Finley!
Rukia - Rukia is a confident communicator and has been highly articulate in talking about her 'Mother and Others' during drawing club. Her artistic representations of her loved ones showed care and consideration to the finer details. Well done Rukia!
Freya- Freya has been very reflective in feedback given to her about rehearsing her sentences before writing. She is now ensuring that she has all the words she needs to make her sentence make sense. She is taking more care with her letter formation in handwriting lessons and beginning to apply this in her independent writing. Well done Freya!
Kinye - Kinye has shown an increased level of independence in his learning, including completing challenge tasks within the class. His communication to express his desires and emotions has supported his regulation within the class. Well done Kinye!

Tommy - Tommy has returned to Module 4 with a fantastic attitude to learning. He is becoming an excellent communicator during taught sessions and is beginning to really think about how he can articulate his ideas. Tommy is also becoming very reflective in his writing and is pushing himself to write simple captions in Drawing Club. Well done Tommy, keep up the fantastic attitude to learning!
Archie - Archie has been working really hard to develop his communication skills both verbally and non-verbally. His phonetic ability has developed fantastically and he is even beginning to blend an adults segmenting demonstrating his thinking skills. Archie has developed some lovely relationships with both the children and staff in the setting and enjoys making us laugh. Archie we are very proud of you, always be yourself!
Penelope - Penelope has become a great risk taker over the course of the year so far. She is showing an increased willingness to try new things and has demonstrated a greater independence in her social skills and academic ability. Well done Penelope!
Noa - Noa has been a fantastic inquirer this week when learning about minibeasts and their life cycles. Noa has used her communication skills to explain what we have been learning at school. Noa has been reflective in her writing and has made huge improvements. Noa is also demonstrating how knowledgeable she can be in her maths too. Keep up the hard work Noa, well done!
Oluwaniayomi - Niayomi is trying really hard to apply her knowledge of phonics to read, she is showing great determination! She is also trying to be an excellent thinker when writing in Drawing Club. Niayomi we are proud of you, keep up the hard work. Well done!

Jenson - Jenson has had a great week this week! He has shown many learner profile attributes however the one that stands out the most is principled. Jenson always shows he is ready to learn and is a great role model for his peers. He works hard during learning time and always shows respect to his peers and adults. Well done Jenson!

Elsie - For being a truly principled learner who leads by example. Not only has she shown a fantastic willingness to improve her handwriting, but she is also a great communicator who isn't afraid to share her ideas to help the whole group succeed!
Callie - Callie has been a principled learner this week, showing what a great role model she is for her peers. During English lessons, Tia has shown she is a risk-taker by presenting her work neatly and thinking carefully about how she can improve it through the use of adjectives.
Eva-Sofia - Eva-Sofia has been a principled learner this week. She always listens carefully, tries her best, and uses what she knows to expand her ideas. This week in Maths, she has worked very hard to understand mass by identifying which objects are heavier and lighter and applying this to problem solving questions. Amir - Amir is awarded Star of the Week for being an outstanding Communicator and Knowledgeable inquirer during our writing sessions. His newspaper report on the arrival of The Iron Man in Hoo village was exceptional, as he used the '5W’s' to provide a clear and factual account for his readers and a truly professional report. Well done, Amir, for using such a sophisticated range of vocabulary to bring your story to life!
Lily - For being an exceptionally Principled member of Year 3 and a brave Communicator during our recent rehearsals. She consistently makes the right choices and acts as a role model for her peers, showing integrity and honesty in everything she does. Her amazing singing this week was a joy to hear, as she used her voice confidently to express the emotion of the music and inspire those around her. Keep being a shining example, Lily!

Oliver - Oliver has become a more active learner in the classroom this week - it has been lovely to see his confidence increase. He has been a fantastic communicator during our learning, particularly in our Maths lessons. This week we have been continuing our learning of fractions and Oliver has worked hard to draw on his prior knowledge to solve mathematical problems showing how reflective he is. Ruby - Ruby has been a reflective learner this week and has worked incredibly hard. She wrote a great piece of descriptive writing in English and acted quickly and efficiently to feedback given. Delcie - Delcie has settled into Fox class extremely well this module. She has demonstrated a positive learning attitude in every subject and has taken everything in her stride.
