About the lab group
The Kiemnec-Tyburczy lab at Cal Poly Humboldt focuses on the evolution of natural vertebrate populations. In particular, we are interested in amphibians, an early-diverging tetrapod lineage that provides tractable systems for investigating evolutionary questions across multiple scales, from genes to development to behavior.
