I grew up witnessing the power of resilience, community, and strategic problem-solving.  Born to teen parents, I saw firsthand how my mother’s relentless determination, working three jobs and fostering a strong support network, enabled us to rise out of poverty. Her example shaped my mission: to drive social equity and inclusive leadership, ensuring that diverse voices are represented in decision-making spaces.
