What is the DIY Teaching Adventure Program?

The DIY Teaching Adventure Program connects students to hands-on learning through events offered by Cal Poly Humboldt's School of Education and campus-wide social justice programming. Topics covered can range, but typically relate to professional development, education, and teaching. Students who attend up to 10 events will receive a $300 financial aid stipend.


Who is the DIY Teaching Adventure Program for?

The DIY Teaching Adventure Program is open to all current Cal Poly Humboldt students who demonstrate an interest in teaching.


How do I participate?

  2. Attend at least 10 hours of eligible events.

  3. Log each of your events in our log form.

  4. Submit a final reflection on your gained experiences.
