The event spaces are all on the ground floor in the main building. All rooms are on the same level, there are no stairs nor steps between spaces but some rooms might have low thresholds.
The lighting in the main hall and the side hall will be low and warm toned. Both real candles and led candles are used to light the spaces during feasts. Upon request, the lighting of the space can be modified withing the available resources.
The passageways between the tables in the main hall will be very narrow. Be aware there might be other's belongings on the floor. All event participants should endeavor to keep the passageways empty and usable.

Bedrooms are compact and narrow. In addition to the beds there is a small table in every room; all furniture is fixed, unmovable.
Upon registration you can request a lower bunk bed. Using the same form you can let us know of other needs you might have, such as a more silent room, or one closer to the (disable friendly) toilet.
There might not be an outlet close to the beds. If you use electric equipment while sleeping, such as a CPAP machine, please bring your own extension cord with you.
If you are a light sleeper, we recommend you bring your own sleeping mask and ear plugs.
