TRANSFER

1. Qualification for transfer

▶ 2^nd year students (sophomores) who have completed more than 34 credits and have a 3.50 GPA or higher

2. Transfer Restrictions

▶ Students only can transfer once in their school years and cannot apply for multiple departments at once.

▶ Students who have attended more than 3 semesters or are on a leave of absence cannot apply for transfer.

▶ Students are not allowed to transer to the Shool of Education

▶ Students are not allowed to transer to the Division of Language & Diplomacy/ Division of Language & Trade

3. Assigned proportion

▶ Number of students transfer to : 10% of admission quota on originally admitted departments

▶ Number of students transfer in : 5% of admission quota on departments of applying for transfer

4. Selection Criteria

The requirements may differ by department (GPA, Written test, Interview, etc)

5. How to apply for transfer

▶ Required documents : Application form, A color photograph(3*4cm), Transcripts, Receipt for Application Fee

▶ How to apply : submit to the Academic Support Center

6. Notification

▶ Difference in tuition needs to be paid or claimed as a refund

▶ Transfer students are not allow to apply for double majors or minors in their original departments
