About ISO
Greetings from ISO, The International Student Organization at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. The ISO was first established in 2003 for the purpose of providing necessary information for exchange and visiting students, so they can truly experience Korean culture, college life and opportunities here at HUFS . We offer a variety of events each semester and are dedicated to promoting globalization and intercultural exchange among HUFS students. We hope you enjoy your life in Korea with us and experience the true meaning of our university motto, Come to HUFS, Meet the World!
the Planning & Culture team
The Planning & Culture team plans events that can make exchange students to experience Korean culture and tradition.
“Our Planning and Culture team organizes various kind of meaningful events like ‘Hangang Pic’k’, ‘Namsan touwer’ and so on. We consider missions that can most represent Korean and the way to make exchange students feel Korea the most. We always try to find the best place, sights, and experience for exchange students.”
the Public Relationship team
The PR Team promotes ISO through posters, interviews, card news, videos with social media. All ISO GLOBAL channels(Instagram, Youtube, Blog) are run by PR Team.

the exchange team
The Exchange Team is a team that assists and supports you at the front. We help students who have problems such as academic and cultural issues.
"Our Exchange Team runs Buddy program, which matches Korean students and exchange students one on one to make special memories. Your buddy will be your special friend. Your buddy and you two would go to various places and do things you want to do in Korea."
