BP Tracker — Blood Pressure Diary & Charts ("the App"), by Hubrivex LLC

By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. WHAT THE APP DOES
The App is a diary. You measure your blood pressure with your own cuff or monitor and type the numbers in. The App stores them on your device, classifies them according to published ACC/AHA guidance, charts your averages and trends, reminds you to measure, shows your latest numbers on widgets, the Lock Screen and Apple Watch, and can export a report for your doctor as a PDF, your log as a CSV file, or a full backup you can restore later.
2. NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE, NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The App does not measure blood pressure and is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not provide medical advice. Category labels such as "Normal", "Elevated" or "Hypertension Stage 1" are informational summaries of published guidance applied to numbers you entered. They are not a diagnosis and may not fit your individual situation.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your readings, your medication and your treatment, and follow their instructions over anything shown in the App. If you believe you are having a medical emergency — for example a hypertensive crisis, chest pain, shortness of breath or neurological symptoms — call your local emergency number immediately. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something the App displays.
3. ACCURACY OF YOUR DATA
Everything the App shows is derived from the values you enter. Mistyped numbers, readings taken with an uncalibrated cuff, or measurements taken in the wrong posture will produce misleading charts, averages and reports. Reviewing your entries for accuracy, particularly before sharing a report with a clinician, is your responsibility.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Saving a reading and exporting the PDF doctor report require a paid subscription ("Pro"). The rest of the App — browsing your history, charts and averages, reminders, widgets, the Lock Screen activity and the Apple Watch app — is included without a subscription.
Current plans: weekly at USD 4.99 with a 3-day free trial, and yearly at USD 29.99. Prices are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region and over time.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel at any time in Settings, Apple Account, Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Unused free-trial time is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules; we cannot issue refunds directly.
5. YOUR LICENCE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the App, or use it to build a competing product or dataset.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not attempt to bypass subscription checks or otherwise tamper with the App.
Do not use the App to make clinical decisions for other people, or present its output as a medical record.
7. YOUR DATA
Your readings are stored on your device and are not uploaded to us. You keep all rights to them, and you control their export and deletion. Our Privacy Policy explains what does and does not leave your device.
8. AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. Because the App runs on your device, it keeps working offline. Features that depend on Apple's services — purchases, notifications, Apple Health and Live Activities — depend on those services being available on your device.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUBRIVEX LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH OUTCOME OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. APPLE
These Terms are between you and Hubrivex LLC, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them.
12. TERMINATION
You may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if you breach these Terms. Sections 2, 3, 9, 10 and 13 survive termination.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hubrivex LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address, and material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
