Thanks to a recent Haddon Township Education Foundation (HTEF) grant, Haddon Township School District will be partnering with Care Solace to help provide a safe and healthy learning environment for our students, families, and staff. Care Solace operates as a mental health concierge service, matching individuals with mental health and substance abuse providers without having the added stress of finding and scheduling one's own appointment. After a brief consultation with the Care Solace staff, individuals will be matched and planned with a local provider. The Care Solace team will consider your availability, topics, the distance one is willing to travel, along with preference in the gender or language of the provider.
Students, staff, and families may access Care Solace services in three ways:
Contact your School Counselor, Student Assistance Counselor, School Psychologist, School Social Worker, or School Nurse who can make the referral for you.
Call (888) 515-0595 at any time. Support is available in 200+ languages. A dedicated Care Companion will help you research options, secure appointments, and follow up to make sure it is a good fit.
For an anonymous search, answer a few questions to get matched with an extensive list of care providers at www.caresolace.com/haddon
If you have any additional questions, please contact your school counselor, Morgan McDonald (mmcdonald@htsd.us), our Student Assistance Counselor, or Dana Wolfe (dwolfe@htsd.us), one of our School Psychologists who will be our primary contacts in working with Care Solace.
