The Trinitarian Award is designed to encourage student engagement and enable students to take ownership of their own individual growth. The award is based upon David Kolb’s model of experiential learning; the founding HTS values of Respect, Integrity, Courage, and Empathy; and Michael Fullan’s Six Competencies.
The level has 3 levels - Bronze, Silver and Gold - that are based on the 5 components of a well-rounded student. The student must complete all elements of a particular level to move on to the next. Participation is to be approved by the respective advisor, and a reflection must be completed for each component on every level.
*Note: Bronze level Trinitarian is required when applying for an HTS Prefect.
