Spelling Please check your student’s planners for their spelling words.

Math: We will spend the next few weeks reviewing our basic math facts including addition, subtraction, division, multiplication.

Reading: We are reading the book Ranger in Time Hurricane Katrina Rescue. This week are working on writing different kinds of sentences. We will also focus on using context clues to figure the meaning of unknown words. We will have a test over our book on Wednesday.

Grammar: This week we reviewed grammar rules. We will continue to work on synonyms and antonyms. We are also reviewing nouns, verbs, and adjectives.

Homework:

Please check their planners each night to see what they need to practice at home.
