I would like to take this time to introduce myself and welcome your family to our classroom. This is my 21st year teaching and I love teaching for my alma mater, the Hillsboro School District. I began my career in Las Vegas, where I taught for 4 years and earned my master’s degree in Elementary Curriculum and Instruction. I've also taught in Wisconsin and Illinois. This will be my 14th year teaching for the Hillsboro School District. I have had the privilege of teaching kindergarten, third, fourth, and fifth grade.

Aside from being a teacher, I enjoy attending church, fishing, hunting, hiking, cooking, reading, and biking. On the weekends my family likes to take day trips to new places and enjoy spending time outdoors. We can’t wait for the weather to cool down so we can go camping this fall.
