Why I teach PE: I teach because sports was my life and it taught me so much I want to be able to pass on my knowledge and skills to a younger generation. Being active is a lifestyle and PE allows me to reach all students and not just the athletes. I love finding new ways to show kids that movement, working out and fitness can be fun. I get overjoyed when I see students grow not just their skill level, coordination and confidence but also in their teamwork and sportsmanship which translates into the real world in everything they do.
