IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

1/30/26 - Welcome to Semester 2 of the 2025-2026 School Year at HOA!!!!

• • NOTE: Mr. Burnsed will be out the remainder of the year (we had a new baby boy!) and Mr. Moore will be filling in. Please contact him at Mooreb@hsd.k12.or.us. 

  • My name is Mr. Burnsed and I am the Hub and Concurrent Student Advisor. I help students with orientation, Canvas questions, and helping them stay accountable and successful in their classes. I will be at your school at least one day per week to answer any questions or if you just want to stop by and say "hello." I will post my schedule as soon as I know what it is.

  • Communication: Canvas (link) is our main source of communication, and where all the class and curriculum lives. It's basically a fancier version of Google Classroom. 

  • If you have any questions, concerns, comments, please send me a Canvas Inbox Message or you can email Mr. Moore at Mooreb@hsd.k12.or.us if that's easier.
