Recommended Sequence:

9th Grade: Introduction to Health Sciences

• Earn 2 college credits through OIT (BIO-109)

10th Grade: Fitness and Sports Medicine

11th Grade (REQUIRED): Anatomy & Physiology and Health Sciences I (block class, team-taught)

• Earn 4 college credits through OIT (BIO-103)

12th Grade: 

• Must take at least 1 (REQUIRED): 

  • • Clinical Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) - earn the NHA CCMA certification

    • Health Sciences I - Earn 4 college credits through PCC (MP-111)

• Optional: Pharmacy Technician or Phlebotomy Technician - earn the industry accepted certification
