Read Alouds
Sara is a teacher from Winnipeg. She posts stories she reads to her class here. She is a pro at read alouds, and if nothing else, it will inspire you to up your read aloud game. She has also started to incorporate puppets so she has someone to interact with and talk to when she reads.
Storytelling and Drama
Helicopter at Home was designed especially for parents, carers and childminders. It works in much the same way as Helicopter Stories but has been adapted for a smaller number of children.

Writing
So you’re stuck at home on lockdown from Covid-19? Bummer. Well let’s make the most of it with some isolation appreciation and your own lockdown diary.
Grab some paper and pencils, pens, or crayons. We are going to doodle together and explore ways of writing and making.
