My name is Lacey Franzen and I teach 6th, 7th, 8th Grade Choirs at Hastings Public Schools . I am a graduate of Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska with my Vocal Performance degree and my Master of Arts in Teaching in Vocal Music Education. I have taught in the state of Nebraska for 20 years and am love teaching at Hastings Middle School. My husband, Matt, is the head football coach at Hastings College and we have two daughters: Anna (9th Grade) and Cora (6th Grade). 

My name is Drew Pennington and I teach 6th, 7th, 8th Grade Choirs at Hastings Public School. I am a graduate of Doane University in Crete, Nebraska with my Bachelor of Arts in Music Education. I am in the process of finishing my Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction at Doane. This is my third year teaching, and I am beyond excited to be teaching at Hastings Middle School. I am devoted to being a tiger as I started a Fremont High Tiger, Doane University Tiger, and now...a Hastings Tiger!!
