About Mr. Opple

This is my eighth year teaching science at Riley Street Middle School! I graduated from Hudsonville in 2013, and Grand Valley in 2018 with a B.S. in Biology, Earth/Space science, and secondary integrated science.  I also have my Masters degree from the American College of Education in Educational Technology. I live with my wife Nicole, who is a Dean of Students at Pinewood and Bauerwood in Jenison, my daughter Hazel, my son James Ray, and my dog Millie. I am an avid sports fan and have spent many years coaching in the district. I look forward to an amazing year--Go Eagles!
